一、认证流程 Process：

资料评估，认证方案确定-----如通过，签约付款-----第一阶段审核&整改（如有）------第二阶段审核&整改（如有）-------证书颁发

二、受理标准 Standards：

Malaysia Standards

BPJPH Standards

OIC/SMIIC Standards

GSO Standards

UAE Standards

Thailand TSA Standards

三、证书年限 Certificate Validity：

3 年 / 3-Years 

四、受理范围  Scopes：

食品、饮品、原辅料、药品、保健品、化妆品、日用品、化学、生物、包装包材 (也要依照选择的特定标准）

Food, Beverage, Raw Materials, Medicine, Healthy Supplement Products, Cosmetics, Use Goods, Chemical, Biological, Packaging (It needs to based on the certain standards selected)

五、建议、投诉与申诉 Suggestions，Complaints and Appeal：

1. 请致电我司，将会为您做进一步的指导。处理时效：接收到表格后，5-10个工作日  Please call our hotline, we will guide you for further actions. Process Duration: 3-8 working days 

2. 或填写投诉申诉表，发送至general-info@sspyhalal.com。 处理时效：接收到表格后，5-10个工作日   Please fill up out complaints & Appeal form, and send to general-info@sspyhalal.com. Process Duration: 5-10 working days

七、费用 Cost

八、权利与义务 Client Right & Obligations:

- Right to be informed of certification progress, audit plan and audit conclusions

- Right to appeal against audit conclusions

- Right to lodge complaints or suggestions regarding certification body services

- Right to use the certification body certificate and mark within the certified scope

- Ensure all submitted application documents are true, accurate and complete

- Accept annual surveillance audits and unannounced spot checks

- Pay certification fees in accordance with the contract

- Use the certificate and mark correctly; shall not promote beyond the certified scope

- Notify certification body in writing of any major changes in product formula, ingredients, process or site, and apply for change evaluation

- Immediately cease using the certificate and mark when suspended, withdrawn or expired, and stop related promotion

九、证书与标志使用规则 Use of Certificate and Mark

- Certified clients may use the  mark only on certified products and within the certified scope; it shall not be used on uncertified products or services

- The certificate shall not be altered, transferred or lent; no misleading use of certificate content is permitted

- When using the Halal mark in promotional materials, packaging or websites, the mark shall be clear and intact, without distortion or modification

- Upon suspension, withdrawal or expiry, the client shall cease use of the certificate and mark within 10 working days, and destroy related printed and electronic materials

- No claim shall be made that certification body endorses any attribute of the product other than Halal compliance

- Certificate and Mark are allowed to be used for 'Export' product only
