一、认证流程 Process：

资料评估，认证方案确定-----如通过，签约付款-----第一阶段审核&整改（如有）------第二阶段审核&整改（如有）-------证书颁发

二、受理标准 Standards：

Malaysia Standards

BPJPH Standards

OIC/SMIIC Standards

GSO Standards

UAE Standards

Thailand TSA Standards

三、证书年限 Certificate Validity：

3 年 / 3-Years 

四、受理范围  Scopes：

食品、饮品、原辅料、药品、保健品、化妆品、日用品、化学、生物、包装包材 (也要依照选择的特定标准）

Food, Beverage, Raw Materials, Medicine, Healthy Supplement Products, Cosmetics, Use Goods, Chemical, Biological, Packaging (It needs to based on the certain standards selected)

五、建议、投诉与申诉 Suggestions，Complaints and Appeal：

1. 请致电我司，将会为您做进一步的指导。处理时效：接收到表格后，5-10个工作日  Please call our hotline, we will guide you for further actions. Process Duration: 3-8 working days 
   

2. 或填写投诉申诉表，发送至general-info@sspyhalal.com。 处理时效：接收到表格后，5-10个工作日   Please fill up out complaints & Appeal form, and send to general-info@sspyhalal.com. Process Duration: 5-10 working days
